Virginia Works has announced the HIRED Apprenticeship Fund, a new grant opportunity designed to support employers in establishing or expanding Registered Apprenticeship (RA) Programs in Virginia. This funding can help businesses invest in workforce development by covering training and related expenses for up to two new apprentices before June 30, 2025.
Eligible employers can receive:
- $4,000 per apprentice for RA training
- $2,000 per apprentice for supportive services, including transportation, childcare, and uniforms
